Keep track of members, teams, seasons and membership-fee payments on Android and iOS.
The application supports administrators, coaches and leaders of sports associations and other associations. An operator maintains the organisation’s records on their device.
What the application helps you do
- Maintain records of members, parent contacts, teams and seasons.
- Track membership fees, payments, arrears and cash handovers.
- Prepare member balances and management reports.
- Optionally send emails through an SMTP account configured by the organisation, including Gmail.
- Export password-encrypted full backups and CSV reports.
Evaluation and organisational licensing
The application is free to download and provides a 30-day evaluation period without a licence. Licensing for continued use is based on an organisational B2B agreement between the association and Bright Path Makers.
Licence status is checked locally. The operator initiates export or sharing of a licence request. For organisational licensing enquiries, contact info@brightpathmakers.com.

Email support@brightpathmakers.com. Describe whether you use Android or iOS, the application version, the steps that led to the problem, and the expected and actual behaviour.
Do not send member data, association backups, passwords or other sensitive data. Support reproduces issues on Bright Path Makers’ own systems using written or spoken descriptions.
Privacy
Association records are stored in a local encrypted file. Enabled email sending and exports chosen by the user can transfer data off the device.
